Located in the Texas Hill Country, Cinco Canyon Ranch [5CR] spans 1,000 acres across beautiful, southern hills, canyons, and streams. 5CR is home to world class Rocky Mountain elk, whitetail deer, and a number of exotic hooved animals. We take great pride in our breeding and hunting operations, as our primary goal is to play a positive role in helping to preserve and maintain the health and existence of these gorgeous creatures.
The trophy quality of the animals found across Cinco Canyon Ranch is the result of a strict game management program and desire of the owners to grow world class elk and whitetail deer. Prized for their antler and body mass, the ranch traps and sells animals to other hunting ranches, which not only reduces the number of animals carried on the range lands but also allows us to improve the trophy quality of the herds. Family
David and Colleen Marks started 5CR in 2004. Initially, the Marks purchased the ranch to serve as a place to spend quality time with family and friends to enjoy the experiences only the outdoors can provide. The Marks quickly realized that such land could serve a more meaningful purpose. Coupling that realization with their passion for the natural world and its offerings; they started a year round breeding operation for a variety of exotics. Hunting and guiding operations were adopted shortly thereafter to allow like minded individuals to come and revel in their slice of paradise.
